Delivery Process

We ship all orders the same business day as long as they are received by 3pm Malaysia time. The processing time may take longer due to a high volume of orders (1 – 2 business days).

 

Order Status

We will send you a confirmation email of your order when it has been dispatched from the warehouse. You will then receive another email with the tracking information to track your order status from our Tracking page.

 

Shipping Charges

We provide fast free tracked shipping on all orders.

 

Shipping Time

Shipping time may vary by different countries. This is outside of our control and may be affected by various lockdown measures and is exclusive of potential delays in customs.

Pennisular Malaysia: 2 business days

East Malaysia: 4 business days

1. The shipping time included on the list is the approximate time and is for your reference only.

Order Address Error

Please ensure you have provided the correct shipping information during checkout. We create shipping labels directly from the information presented during checkout.

Our orders are packaged and shipped out quickly after they are placed to ensure that your item(s) arrives as soon as possible. Because of this, all address changes must be requested as soon as possible after your order has been placed. We’ll do our best to change the shipping address.

Additional Information

1. We process orders Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).

2. All delivery times are estimated and Johor Southern Tigers Sdn. Bhd. is not responsible for delays due to some unpredictable factors (weather, delivery carrier factors, customer error, holiday-related delays) or any other unforeseen factors.

3. All orders are shipped on DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means the recipient may be liable for any customs fees and local sales tax. We are regrettably unable to confirm the exact amount of these and we suggest you contact your local customs office.
